As the K-Series swap becomes increasingly common, one fitment problem we often hear about is the interference caused by the orientation of the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) on the cable-style RSX throttle body. The problem is worse yet when an RBC intake manifold is used. There simply is not enough room between the IACV and the radiator. After substantial R&D, as well as on-vehicle testing, King Motorsports has developed the perfect solution - The KMS IACV Adapter Plate. Our adapter provides up to 1.5" clearance. The advanced design not only gives the required clearance, it keeps the idle as smooth as stock - including trials on a 2.5 litre K Series Hybrid with high compression and big cams.

The King Motorsports Adapter Plate is precision milled from aircraft-quality Aluminum billet for a perfect fit. The unit comes with one OEM O-ring and OEM mounting hardware. Installation requires two O-rings, so use of your existing O-ring is required.
