King Motorsports Big Bore Throttle Body Boring Service starts with your core. The throttle body is completely disassembled, bead blasted with ultra fine media and then cleaned. The throttle body is then set-up on the lathe where it is bored to it's final dimension.

King measures each body at the throat because it is the most important number... many other companies advertise the size at the entry because it is larger but the truth is they cannot get away with anymore than we can. A new throttle plate is cut from brass and then carefully fitted to the body. The throttle stop is set and a OEM Spec. Moly Based paint is applied to achieve a factory like seal and all sensors it was shipped with are re re-installed.

D Series = 59-60mm
B Series = 62-65mm
H & F Series = 65-66mm
K Series = 64.5-66mm
F Series = 63-64mm
