Valve seat replacement is required if the seats are too damaged, or if there is not enough material for multi-angle grinds on high-horsepower motors. Even if there is enough material for the actual grind, it may render the seat too thin. This is a problem because there isn't enough material to keep the seat in place with it's press fit, so the seat drops into the cylinder causing massive damage.

We use only the highest quality valve seats for all of our re-seating.
